This product is an aftermarket accessory, not an aircraft kit. It contains three-dimensionally printed and color-finished cockpit elements on a decal backing. The instrument panel, the side consoles and other details have raised relief and read as three-dimensional without photo-etched parts and demanding painting. The set is intended for models of the He 162 jet fighter in 1:48 scale.
The Heinkel He 162 was a light German jet fighter from the very end of the Second World War, designed as a cheap machine that could be produced quickly. It was distinctive for its jet engine mounted above the fuselage and for its mixed wood and metal construction.
Cut the elements out, dip them briefly in lukewarm water and slide them onto the degreased surface. Do not soak them any longer than necessary. Do not use a decal softener or a setting solution: their chemistry attacks the printed resin. At the end, the appearance can be unified with a matte clear coat.
The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
