This resin detail set from SBS Model in 1:48 scale contains propellers with a short spinner for the German Heinkel He-219 UHU night fighter. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory for the base kit, with which you replace the plastic propellers by a truer resin rendering.
The Heinkel He-219 UHU was a German twin-engine night fighter of the Second World War with a nose gear and powerful radar equipment. The short propeller spinner matches one of the variants of this aircraft's powerplant.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Paint the propeller blades in a flat dark shade and match the spinner to the color scheme of the aircraft.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
