The photo-etched steel seat belts 1:48 Hunter FGA.9/ FR.10/ GA.11 seatbelts STEEL from Eduard are a pre-printed add-on for the cockpit of a Hawker Hunter model in 1:48 scale. It is not an airplane model but a small detail set.

This set handles one thing, but a very conspicuous one: the seat belts of the seat. In 1:48 scale the cockpit is admittedly small once the canopy is closed, but the belts are the first thing anyone notices in it, because plastic seats usually do not have them at all, or they are only suggested by a relief. The parts are etched from steel and printed in color in production. The set is an add-on for a plastic kit, not a stand-alone model.
Why steel in particular. Steel photo-etch is springier and more malleable than softer metals, so once bent a belt can be convincingly given a sag and hold its shape. That matters on belts: a real strap never lies as straight as a ruler but falls loosely over the edge of the seat and gathers on the cushion.
The Hawker Hunter was a British subsonic combat aircraft with a Rolls-Royce Avon jet engine. The FGA.9 version served for attacks on ground targets, the FR.10 was the reconnaissance configuration and the GA.11 came about by converting earlier machines for the needs of the Royal Navy. The name of the set covers all three configurations, because the seat and its straps are arranged identically on them.
Separate a belt with a sharp scalpel on a hard surface; never tear it out, as the printed layer could crack. Shape each part before gluing: roll the end of the belt lightly over a round object so that a natural sag appears, and let the buckle face the way its own weight would pull it. They are bonded with a pinhead drop of super glue. Printed belts are not overcoated; when you want to knock the sheen back, use a flat varnish compatible with the print and apply it in a thin layer.
