Iron railing (25cm long) is a photo-etched metal diorama accessory in 1:48 scale from Black Dog: an ornamental metal railing 25 cm long.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a diorama accessory in 1:48 scale in the form of a fine photo-etched metal railing with a total length of 25 cm. It is not a vehicle kit but an architectural part that gives a scene scale and realistic detail. Photo-etched metal allows a far thinner and crisper rendition than anything that could be molded in plastic.
An ornamental railing comes in handy at stairways, terraces, footbridges, embankments or balconies in urban and outdoor dioramas. The continuous length of 25 cm lets you divide the part into shorter runs as needed and place them at several points of the scene.
Separate the parts from the fret carefully, make the bends over a sharp edge and either solder the joints or glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the surface before painting; a primer base works well, followed by acrylic or metallic shades with a wash and a hint of corrosion.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package.
