A printed set of jack stands from Luftwaffe equipment for a diorama and for models in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
Jack stands belonged to the basic equipment of the ground crew. An aircraft was propped on them after the mechanics had lifted it, and it could then stand with no load on the wheels. Changing a wheel, work on the landing gear and adjusting the armament could not be done without such a support. On a diorama the stands are a small thing, but one that gives away at once that a machine is laid up for maintenance and not ready for takeoff.
The set is tied to Luftwaffe equipment of the time of the Second World War and is intended for 1:48 scale. The parts are made by 3D printing, so they have thin legs and clean edges, but they stand less rough handling than injection-molded plastic. The accessory suits a scene at a field airfield as well as a model displayed on its own, to which it gives action and explains why it stands in an unusual position.
Seat the stands on the base before you put the model next to them; the height and the angle are then easier to line up. Only then add the small tools and traces of service around them.
The model of the aircraft, figures, a base, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
