The set brings a detailed 3D-printed resin cockpit for models of the Sepecat Jaguar GR.1A attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. It replaces the simplified plastic interior with a faithful tub with an instrument panel, side panels and a seat; compared with the GR.1 version the fit matches the later British attack modification. It is not an aircraft kit but a detail set.
The Sepecat Jaguar is a supersonic attack aircraft of Anglo-French design that served with the RAF and other air forces from the 1970s on. The GR.1A version was an improved ground attack modification with revised avionics and navigation and attack equipment for precise strikes.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks, wash them and glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the interior before closing the fuselage: primer, panel shades, a wash into the engraving and dry highlighting of the edges; the instruments come alive with a drop of gloss varnish for the impression of glass.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
