The Lublin R.XIII was a Polish two-seat liaison and observation aircraft with fixed landing gear and a high-mounted wing. It served with the Polish Air Force and with its naval aviation as well, and it existed in a number of variants. The design of the early 1930s grew out of the proven layout of a strut-braced high-wing monoplane and the machine was used for observation, liaison and training.
A model with fixed landing gear and wing struts will appreciate careful fit and a firm attachment of the load-bearing struts. Finish the cockpit and the engine before you close the fuselage. We recommend thin cement for plastic, a primer coat and an airbrush for even surfaces. Plan the bracing wires out in advance from the drawings.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
