Voyager Model 1:48 M4A1 is a photo-etched add-on set for a plastic kit of the American medium tank, not the model itself. It adds the small metal features that cannot be molded in plastic at a scale thickness.
Responsibility details are not available.
An aftermarket accessory of photo-etched brass in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit: the set serves to improve a plastic model you already have and is prepared for the kit given in the product name. Its scope matches a smaller set aimed at selected areas of the vehicle rather than a complete conversion package.
The M4A1 was the variant of the American M4 Sherman medium tank with a cast hull, which the characteristic rounded shapes of the front end distinguish from the welded versions. The Sherman was the most widespread American tank of the Second World War, built in enormous numbers and in several engine and armament configurations; it also served in Allied armies. The cast hulls of the M4A1 are among the most easily recognized versions of the whole family.
The most common reason a photo-etched set ends up unfinished is a lost part. Work over a light-colored surface with a raised edge, cut the parts off while holding them with the tip of a knife, and use tweezers with fine, preferably ground tips. Put a drop of cyanoacrylate on a piece of film and carry it with a pin; never glue straight from the bottle. It is a good idea to try the individual parts dry before gluing and to mark on the instructions what is already done. Degrease the brass before painting and spray it first with a primer for metal, and only then with the base color.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit, which it does not include. The glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
