Me 262 landing gear covers 1:48 are a resin accessory from the Aires/Quickboost brand. They replace the plastic doors of the wheel wells with finely cast parts. It is not a stand-alone model.

Resin landing gear covers meant as a replacement for the plastic doors of the wheel wells on a model of the Messerschmitt Me 262 aircraft. The cast parts offer more faithful relief and thinner walls than the injection-molded components. It is a detail accessory, not a complete kit.
The Messerschmitt Me 262 was the first jet fighter committed to action in series. It was powered by two Junkers Jumo 004 jet engines slung under the wings. It entered service at the close of the Second World War and represented a significant technological step in the aviation of the time.
Wash the parts free of mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and sand any surfaces. Do the gluing with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend fitting the landing gear covers only at the end of the build, so that they do not get in the way when handling the model.
This is a resin accessory for advanced modelers. The base model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
