The double-sided masks 1:48 Mi-24A TFace will cover the glazing from outside and from inside alike. They make it possible to spray the inner frames in a different shade from the outer surface.

The designation TFace means that the set carries templates for both sides of the clear parts. On real machines the inner frame of the cabin tends to be in a different shade from the outer camouflage, and models through whose glass only the outer coat shows look unfinished. With this set the frame can be sprayed from both directions, and the difference is immediately apparent when you look inside.
It tells most on helicopters with generous glazing, where the viewer simply sees in. The early Mi-24 is such a machine: its flat panes above the crew make up an extensive glass area that cannot be covered in any way other than carefully. Anyone building a model with the doors open, or displaying it at eye level, will appreciate that the inside of the frames is not bare plastic.
First stick the inner templates on and spray the interior shade, then glue the part into the fuselage and only after that deal with the outside. Leave enough time between coats for curing, or the tape will tear soft paint away. The remains after it is taken off will be removed by a cotton swab moistened in water with detergent; aggressive solvents do not belong on clear parts.
The set contains only the templates; the package carries neither paints nor a model.
Masking from both sides makes sense where the cabin is going to be painted a different color inside from outside - the frame then stays sharp on both faces.
