It is not a kit of the airplane but an accessory that replaces the plastic vertical tail surface, that is the fin, with a more precise resin part with a faithful shape and surface detail. The part is meant to be built into a matching plastic model.
The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 is a supersonic fighter with a characteristic delta wing, one of the most widespread jet fighters of its day. The MF version was a multirole variant with a more potent engine and widened capabilities. The vertical tail surface differed in shape between the individual versions of the MiG-21, which is why a faithful part is useful for an accurate build of the MF version in particular.
Wash the part free of mold release residue, cut off the casting block carefully and glue it with super glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Dry-fit it before gluing and sand the joining surface, so that the tail surface runs into the fuselage. Spray the surface to match the rest of the model.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
