Eduard 1:48 Mikoyan MiG-21PF SPACE is a set of color 3D decals for the cockpit of a model of the MiG-21PF fighter in 1:48 scale. It is an accessory for a plastic kit, not the model itself.

This set from the SPACE line by the Czech maker Eduard contains color-printed 3D decals made for the cockpit parts of a plastic model. Thanks to them the interior looks three-dimensional and finished in color with no hand painting of the instruments and panels. Take care when choosing: Eduard also offers a version marked Grey for the MiG-21PF, so check against your kit which color variant you need.
The MiG-21PF is one of the early interceptor versions of the Soviet supersonic delta-wing fighter. It received an enlarged nose cone with radar and armament based on guided missiles instead of a cannon. It was built in large series in the 1960s and served in many countries including Czechoslovakia; the whole MiG-21 family is among the most numerously built supersonic aircraft of all.
Follow the instructions in the package. Before a 3D decal is applied, the surface of the part has to be flat, smooth and degreased: the molded relief of the instrument panel is normally sanded off the plastic so that the decal seats over its whole area. The segments are transferred piece by piece, pressed down with a soft tool and left to dry. The print is in color and is not painted over; dose matte varnish carefully and test it beforehand on an offcut.
This is not an aircraft model but an accessory for a plastic kit in 1:48 scale. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
