This is an add-on resin set from the Brassin range by Eduard, not a helicopter model. The set contains resin wheels with a fine rendering of the tread and the tire sidewalls, replacing the plastic wheels from the box.
The set refines the landing gear wheels of the helicopter. It is intended for models of the Soviet Mil Mi-24V/VP attack helicopter in 1:48 scale. Resin wheels are usually cast with a realistic flattening at the contact point (weighted wheels), so the machine looks more convincing.
Wash the wheels to remove mold release residue and cut off the casting blocks. Bond with super glue. Separate the tire and the hub by color, and once dry you can add a fine patina of dust and mud with pigments. Apply a primer before painting.
