The Art Scale 1:48 Mil Mi-8MT Hip masking set (double-sided) is a pre-cut self-adhesive set of kabuki film for the glazed cockpit and the windows of the helicopter. The masks are cut for the Zvezda kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of pre-cut self-adhesive masks of quality kabuki film, not a kit. The parts are numbered and come with instructions giving the exact placement. The set is cut to fit one particular plastic kit of the Mi-8MT helicopter in 1:48 scale. The double-sided version masks the outer and the inner side of the glazing. The cut of the masks is based on the Zvezda kit.
The Mil Mi-8MT, part of the family of helicopters under the NATO code name Hip, is a Soviet and Russian twin-engine medium transport helicopter with more powerful engines. It has an extensively glazed pilot's cabin and a row of windows in the cargo compartment, and masking them by hand takes a great deal of time.
The set does not contain paints or a model. It is an accessory for a plastic kit.
