This 3D-printed accessory from the Reskit brand is not an aircraft model but a pair of jettisonable external fuel tanks of the RPL type with a volume of 1700 liters. It serves as a replacement or an addition to the load on a finished plastic model of the Dassault Mirage 2000 in 1:48 scale.
Tanks of this type were carried by the Mirage 2000 on the inner pylons to extend its range. Reskit printed them with sharp edges and fine surface details, which on injection-molded plastic tend to be softer. There are two pieces in the package.
Carefully cut off the 3D print supports and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue the parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a filler before painting and choose the shade according to the scheme of the particular machine you are building.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and without glue. Paints and other material are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
