This decal set from the manufacturer Eduard brings complete stencils for the Japanese Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero carrier fighter. These are the service, maintenance and warning markings (stencils) placed around the airframe, from filler points through warnings by the guns to service marks. The waterslide decals give a model an authentic surface covered in detail.
At the start of the war the A6M2 Zero was one of the most agile carrier fighters, with a long range. Its airframes carried a number of small technical markings that are often left out on models, and it is those that this set adds.
Apply the stencils onto a finished surface coated with gloss varnish. Move them one at a time, use a decal softener so they settle into the panel lines, and once dry overcoat and flatten the finish.
This is an accessory decal set, not an airplane model. The kit is not included in the package.
