Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Japanese carrier fighter in 1:48 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Hasegawa. The model captures the early Type 11 version with finely engraved panel lines. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, with a decal sheet for several marking options.
The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was the best known Japanese fighter of the Second World War, famous for its long range and its agility. The Type 11 version was among the earliest production machines and differed from the later configurations in, among other things, the treatment of the rear part of the canopy. It was deployed in the opening phase of the fighting, including operations over China.
Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic, clean up the seams and preserve the fine engraving. Apply a primer and the paints with an airbrush. Light airframe shades suit an early Japanese scheme; apply the decals over a gloss varnish and then unify the whole with a matte clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
