A colored relief 3D decal of the interior of the Bell-Boeing MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor in 1:48 scale from Quinta Studio. It is not an aircraft model but a cockpit and cabin detail accessory meant for the HobbyBoss plastic kit. The parts are printed in several layers and have three-dimensional relief, so they do not look flat like classic decals.
The MV-22 Osprey is a tiltrotor of the US Marine Corps that can take off and land like a helicopter and fly at the speed of a turboprop aircraft thanks to its tilting engine nacelles with large rotors. It serves to carry troops and materiel.
The set replaces the instrument panels, the side consoles and the features of the pilot's station. The 3D decals are activated in water and transferred onto the parts of the kit; a decal softener and a setting solution do not belong with them, as they attack the printed resin. They are easier to work with than photo-etched or resin interiors. At the end it is worth unifying the surface with a matte varnish.
This is not an aircraft kit but an accessory for completing one. The base model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
