A decal sheet in 1:48 scale with markings in the style of NASA for the F-15C Eagle fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
The F-15 Eagle is a twin-engine fighter built for air superiority. It has a large wing, two vertical tails and rectangular air intakes that pivot according to the angle of the oncoming airflow. The F-15C version is single-seat and formed the backbone of the fighter squadrons for many decades. Besides military service, aircraft of this class also reached research organizations, where they were used as flying testbeds. Such machines can be recognized from a distance, because instead of gray camouflage they wear a striking finish of their own and large identification numbers.
Water-slide decals in 1:48 scale for a model of the F-15C Eagle in a research finish. The sheet supplements or replaces the markings enclosed with a kit.
Finish the model with paint and spray it with gloss varnish, so that the surface is smooth. Cut the feature out as closely as possible, soak it and let it rest for a while, until it starts to slide freely on the paper. Move it into place along with a little water underneath, line it up and blot the excess water away with a soft cloth from the center to the edges. On light areas make sure the surface stays clean, because every speck of dirt shows through the thin film. Once it is dry, spray the model with varnish.
For modelers who want a machine in a finish other than a combat one in their display case. The kit, paints, varnish and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
