Omask P-38J Lightning — Wheel Bay Masking Plugs, 1:48

A set of shaped masking plugs from the manufacturer Omask is made for models of the Lockheed P-38J Lightning fighter in 1:48 scale. Plugs made of flexible foam fit precisely into the wheel bays and reliably prevent paint from getting into the interior spaces while spraying. They replace the tedious job of stuffing bays with cotton or masking tape. The plugs are made to fit the Tamiya P-38J kit.
