This is a photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, that is a modeling accessory and not a kit in its own right. The set is intended for models of the American P-39 Airacobra fighter in the Q and N versions in 1:48 scale and brings fine photo-etched parts that raise the detail of the model, above all in the cockpit area.
The Bell P-39 Airacobra was an American fighter with an unusual layout — the engine was placed behind the pilot and the nose carried heavy cannon armament. The Soviet Air Force used it in large numbers, where it proved itself at lower altitudes.
Separate the parts carefully from the fret with a sharp knife and form the folds with a bending tool. Use super glue (cyanoacrylate) in a small amount for gluing. The colored parts only need seating, while the bare photo-etched components are painted according to where they go. Try the seating dry and follow the enclosed instructions.
This is a detail accessory for plastic models, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
