A resin detail accessory of the Quickboost brand, made by Aires, intended to refine the cockpit of the plastic kit of the Republic P-47D Thunderbolt fighter in the Razorback version in 1:48 scale. The seat has the seat belts cast directly into it, so there is no need to fold photo-etched parts.
The P-47D Thunderbolt was a rugged single-engine fighter of the Second World War. The Razorback version had a raised fuselage spine behind the cockpit, unlike the later machines with a bubble canopy and an unobstructed view to the rear.
Wash the mold release agent off the seat, separate it from the casting block and glue it on with cyanoacrylate glue. The cast belts come alive once they are picked out with paint and a fine wash.
This is an accessory for a kit, not an aircraft model. The kit itself is not included in the package.
