It is an aftermarket detail part that completes or replaces the simplified plastic parts from the base kit, not a stand-alone airplane model. The venturi tubes served as a suction source for driving the onboard instruments.
The Polikarpov Po-2 (originally the U-2) was a Soviet single-engine biplane with a radial engine and one of the most widespread aircraft of its day. It served as a trainer, liaison and ambulance machine and also as a night light bomber; in that role it became famous through the raids of the units nicknamed the Night Witches.
Resin parts call for more careful work than plastic: first wash them free of mold release residue, separate them carefully from the casting block and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Protect your airways when sanding and cutting small parts. Apply a primer before painting. The venturi tubes are thin and fragile, so separate them with special care and check their position dry before gluing.
