This set is NOT an aircraft model but a complete resin cockpit interior. It combines finely cast resin parts, photo-etched components and film instrument panels, and it raises the level of detail in the cockpit of Rafale C/M models in 1:48 scale a great deal.
A faithful cockpit tub, an ejection seat, side consoles, controls and instruments. Aires is one of the premium brands of detail sets, with very fine casting.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin, cut off the casting blocks and dry-fit the parts; on resin cockpits the inside of the fuselage often has to be thinned. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue, and the photo-etch as well. Paint with an airbrush and bring out the instruments and details with a wash and drybrushing.
The set contains resin and photo-etched parts, and film where applicable. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
