The set corrects the type of seat that is missing from the base kit for this version, or rather does not match the subject, and gives the cockpit its correct and detailed form.
The Republic RF-84F Thunderflash is an American jet reconnaissance aircraft derived from the F-84F Thunderstreak fighter, with the leading edges of the wing roots reworked to take the air intakes, because the cameras were placed in the nose. Some users, including the Luftwaffe, used Martin-Baker GY5/GT5 ejection seats, which this set reproduces faithfully.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with a detergent to remove the mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks off, clean the surfaces up and protect your airways when sanding resin. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The seat comes out with gradual painting; bring the harness up in a different shade and the detail of the buckles with a dry brush.
The set holds the resin ejection seat only; it is not a model in its own right and holds neither glue nor paints. A matching base plastic kit is needed to use it.
