Black Dog 1:48 Sea King electronics is a resin detail set of electronic equipment for models of the Sea King helicopter.

This is NOT a standalone helicopter model but a resin detail set in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer Black Dog. It holds cast parts of the electronic and sensor equipment (antennas, covers, external airframe fittings) that add to a model of the Sea King helicopter and make it more accurate. It is intended for Sea King models.
The Sea King is a multirole helicopter developed originally for anti-submarine warfare and naval rescue. Different versions carried different sensor and electronic equipment according to the task; it is precisely these external details that make a model recognizably faithful to one particular service.
First wash the fine resin parts in lukewarm soapy water on account of the mold release residue. Cut the casting blocks off carefully with a knife and sand the small surfaces with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the small antennas and covers separately and fit them only at the end of the build so that they do not get damaged.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; it is an accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
