This is not a kit but a colored detail accessory. The parts are printed in 3D, colored right away and printed on decal (water-release) paper. The set gives the instrument panels, side consoles, seats and belts full color and raised relief without your having to spray and mask the cockpit at length. It is prepared for one specific plastic Su-34 kit in 1:48 scale. The decals are shaped to the parts of the KittyHawk kit.
The Sukhoi Su-34 (NATO reporting name Fullback) is a modern Russian two-seat strike fighter derived from the Su-27 family. Its characteristic features are the cockpit with two side-by-side seats and the armored crew compartment, which allows the crew long combat sorties. The machine serves for strikes against ground and surface targets.
The parts are applied like ordinary decals: cut out, dipped in water for a moment and transferred onto a previously varnished surface. Do not use decal softener or setting solution at all, as they would attack the printed resin. In busy places, such as the belts on the seats, a thin coat of gloss varnish helps as an additional adhesive. It is worth sanding the raised detail off the plastic beforehand.
This is a standalone detail accessory, not a kit. The plastic model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
