This is an accessory injection-molded set of American aircraft ordnance in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer AMK. Production kits often have only a limited choice of ordnance, or the detail of the pylons is simplified. This set offers a richer and more accurate range of weapons that bring the pylons to life and give a model a combat fit. It is meant for models of American jet aircraft in the scale given.
Separate the parts carefully from the gates and clean the mold seams up. Glue them with thin plastic cement. The weapons usually look best painted separately and fitted only after the main painting of the aircraft; for a more realistic effect use fine washes and dry brushing to pick out the rivets and the edges.
This is an accessory ordnance set, not an aircraft model. The basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
