An extensive resin accessory set from the Czech maker Black Dog for improving a model of the Westland Lynx HMA.8 naval helicopter in 1:48 scale. The big set is the most comprehensive version in the line and usually brings several areas of the machine together in one box. The set is NOT a helicopter model but a collection of accessories that replace and enrich the basic plastic parts.
The Westland Lynx HMA.8 is a British shipborne multirole helicopter operated above all by the Royal Navy. It was intended for action against surface ships and submarines, for reconnaissance and for the support of naval operations. It was marked out by its search radar, by its armament against ships and submarines and by its ability to operate from the small decks of warships.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Check the fit against the model before gluing. A light accent on the rivets and a restrained patina bring the naval gray finish to life.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The helicopter model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
