Resin exhausts for the Yak-1 in 1:48 scale from Quickboost. Crisp engine exhaust stacks; this is not an airplane model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. Finely cast resin exhausts (exhaust stacks) that replace the plastic parts from the base kit and add a more faithful shape to the exhausts of the Soviet Yak-1 fighter in 1:48 scale.
The Yakovlev Yak-1 was a Soviet single-seat fighter of the early Second World War with a liquid-cooled V12 Klimov engine. It was among the first modern Soviet fighters and was built in large numbers for the Eastern Front, where it formed the backbone of the fighter regiments in the first years of the fighting. The exhaust stacks of the V12 engine along the sides of the nose are a conspicuous detail; hollow resin outlets with a recessed mouth look more convincing than a solid plastic part and take weathering and metal shades far better.
This is a resin detail part, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
