It is not a kit but a scenic base for a diorama or a display base. The panel gives a scene a realistic, historically convincing surface that a plain board lacks. It can be set into a frame or worked into a larger scene.
Clean the panel, fill any bubbles and sand the surface with respiratory protection. Paint the base in the color of stone or tiles, bring the joints out with a dark wash and draw the edges out with a dry brush. Dust and dirt are then suggested with pigments.
