A set of colored self-adhesive 3D decals for the interior of the cockpit of a model of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 189 aircraft in the C/V-6 version in 1:72 scale. The detail is printed on a flexible film with fine relief, so the instrument panel and the side panels gain a three-dimensional look with no use of photo-etched parts or resin.
The ICM kit will serve as the basis; it is bought separately.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 189 was a twin-engine aircraft with a characteristic twin-boom layout, used above all for close reconnaissance and observation. The C/V-6 version was the prototype of a heavily armored attack variant with an altered, cramped cabin for the crew. The unusual interior is an interesting subject for detailed work.
Cut the individual parts out of the sheet, lift them off the backing and place them in the appropriate spot in the cockpit; the flexible film adapts to the shape of the plastic. For better adhesion degrease the surfaces and use a drop of water-based glue or a decal softener if needed. The pre-printed colors speed up the finishing of the interior.
This is a set of decals for an interior, not a kit. The model of the aircraft, paints and glue are not included in the package.
