Two sheets of stencils for spraying the pixel camouflage scheme and the national insignia of the Ukrainian Su-24M bombers in a small scale. Unlike glazing masks, a camouflage set is laid part by part and painted in layers.
Ukraine inherited a large fleet of Su-24s after the breakup of the Soviet Union and kept some of them in operation. The machines that stayed in service longest were given a pixel scheme designed so as to disrupt the outline of the aircraft when seen from above. The same approach appeared on the Ukrainian Su-25 attack aircraft and on the MiG-29 fighters as well, so the models go together in one display case.
The procedure differs from cockpit masks: it begins with the lightest tone over the whole area, then the fields that are to stay light are covered and you continue with the darker shades. In a small scale the individual little fields are tiny, so it pays to work section by section and to help yourself with tweezers. The sheets contain national insignia as well, so you do not have to deal with those by decal. Plan in advance which field comes first; you will save yourself needless remasking.
