A scenic accessory for building dioramas with tropical and subtropical vegetation. The package consists of sheets of colored paper with laser-cut banana leaves, which only need to be taken out of the frame, formed and glued on. The size of the leaves is intended for the large scales 1:32 and 1:35. It is not a kit but material for rendering plants.
The individual leaves are carefully broken out of the sheet, bent for a natural shape and glued to stems or to the base with super glue or PVA glue. The coloring can be fine-tuned with acrylic or oil paints, and transitions of shade and light dusting with pigment will increase the realism. Suitable for jungle and garden scenes, with vehicles as well as figures.
The leaves look best when assembled into clumps around a central stem of wire. A matte varnish evens out the surface and protects the color. Work with a sharp knife and tweezers, as the paper is delicate.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Glue, paints and wire are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
