An imitation bolt head on a washer, 0.9 mm in diameter, for detailing models of military and civilian vehicles.
Responsibility details are not available.
A small element imitating a bolt head seated on a washer, 0.9 mm in diameter. It is the middle of the three sizes in the range, that is the size reached for most often: on a model the fastening is clear even from a distance, and yet it does not look coarse. In 1:35 scale such a diameter corresponds to roughly 31.5 mm on the real machine, and in 1:48 scale to roughly 43 mm.
What decides is not the scale of the model but the surroundings of the fastening. Compare the element with what is left on the model: the neighboring bolts, the rivet heads and the edges of the plates will tell you more than a calculation from a table. It works well to lay two sizes side by side, look at them from the usual viewing distance and only then drill or glue. A bolt a little too small will be forgiven by the viewer; one noticeably too large catches his eye at once.
For builders of vehicles who want to replace a suggested detail with a raised element, and for reworking where the original surface has disappeared during sanding. The model, paints, glue and tools are not included in the box, unless stated otherwise.
