IONIC Black Metal is a water-thinnable metallic acrylic paint from the IONIC modeling range by AMMO of Mig Jimenez, intended for painting figures and miniatures. It is a dark steel black metal shade that serves excellently as a base under lighter metals or for shading metal surfaces and creating deep reflections. It comes in a flexible 20 ml bottle with a dropper and a metal mixing ball.

Use

• Suitable for the brush and for the airbrush; it is thinned with water.
• The metallic pigment is heavy and sinks to the bottom, so shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
• It comes into its own on a smooth and evenly undercoated surface.
• Apply metal shades rather at the end of the painting, as they are harder to overspray and to mask.
