A set of German Panzerbüchse 39 anti-tank rifles in 1:48 scale from Firma49: resin armament for figures and dioramas of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin add-on from the Firma49 brand holds miniatures of the German Panzerbüchse 39 anti-tank rifle in 1:48 scale. It is neither a kit nor a figure but an armament set with which you can arm figures or round out a smaller diorama with faithful models of this weapon.
The Panzerbüchse 39 (PzB 39) was a German single-shot anti-tank rifle of 7.92 mm caliber brought into service before the Second World War. It relied on a small-caliber but high-velocity round and, with its folding stock, it was part of the standard infantry anti-tank armament of the early war years. As tank armor grew thicker, however, it quickly became obsolete.
Separate the fine parts from the casting blocks carefully, wash them and bond them with super glue. Paint the metal parts in dark steel and the wood in brown glazes. In this smaller scale keep the patina restrained so that it does not swamp the small shapes.
This is add-on armament, not a standalone model. Figures, paints and glue are not included in the package.
