HMS Legion was a British L class destroyer of the Second World War. Ships of this class served to escort convoys, for anti-submarine warfare and to screen larger formations; the Legion was committed in the Mediterranean among other places. She was a slender, well-armed vessel typical of British destroyers at the turn of the 1930s and 1940s.
The model can be built with a full hull or in the waterline version, on the surface of a diorama. Separate the fine parts with a sharp knife and glue them with thin cement for plastic. Railings and other photo-etched features add to the fidelity; glue them with super glue. We recommend an airbrush, a primer and then bringing up the panels and details with a wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
