A pre-painted photo-etched set of international marine signal flags in steel, in 1:700 scale, from the manufacturer Eduard. It is not a model of a ship but a detail accessory. The steel version is springy, so the tiny flags can be bent naturally into the impression of flying in the wind. The colored signal flags are printed at the factory.
For builders of ship models who want to bring the rigging to life with colored signal flags of the international alphabet. The pre-painted parts need no painting, which is a great advantage at such a small scale.
The accessory does not include a model or paints. It is a separate detail set for finishing a kit.
