Responsibility details are not available.
A package of accessories, not a ship model. According to the name it contains a self-adhesive veneer deck with the laying of the planks printed on it, a masking template for spraying and a set of photo-etched parts. Everything is adapted to one particular plastic kit.
The photo-etched parts are the most demanding part of the whole set. Cut the parts off the fret on a hard surface with a sharp scalpel or photo-etch scissors, and never snap them off: brass deforms at a fold and is then hard to straighten. Make the folds on the edge of a steel rule or in a bending tool, always in one decisive movement. They are glued with super glue applied in a really small amount; it works well to squeeze a drop onto a piece of film and pick it up with the tip of a toothpick. Before painting, degrease the brass and go over it with a primer, otherwise the paint will not hold on the smooth surface and will rub off during handling.
Glue the veneer onto a finished, degreased plastic deck and before the photo-etched details go on, as they would get in the way when a cloth is drawn over it. Peel the protective film off in sections, lay it from the center toward the edges and trim the overhangs with a new blade.
The accessory is cut for the Aoshima 045091 kit, so check the match with your version. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
