The model allows a build with a full hull as well as in a waterline version and holds a stand. A numerous deck load of aircraft matching the era of the late 1970s is included.
USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN-69 is an American aircraft carrier of the Nimitz class with nuclear propulsion. This category of carriers is among the largest warships in the world and carries an extensive embarked air wing. The 1978 version matches the early service of the ship with the carrier aircraft types of the day, such as the A-6, A-7, F-4, E-2C and S-3 machines and SH-3 helicopters.
Given the extent of the model, work in subassemblies. Paint the broad flight deck with an airbrush over a good base coat and handle the markings by masking or with the decals. The aircraft can be assembled and laid out on the deck as well as in the hangar. The hull can be built as a whole or as a waterline; the fine fittings are complemented by photo-etched sets, which are not included in the package.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
