A set of waterslide decals, Above Khasan and Khalkin Gol, the fighting at Lake Khasan and at the Khalkhin Gol, in 1:72 scale from Print Scale, a re-release for builders of prewar Soviet aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from Print Scale, a re-released edition carrying the English title Above Khasan and Khalkin Gol. It is devoted to the aircraft committed in the Soviet-Japanese border fighting at Lake Khasan and at the Khalkhin Gol river at the end of the 1930s. It serves as an alternative or a supplement to the kit decals; the airplane model itself has to be bought separately.
The battles at Lake Khasan in 1938 and at the Khalkhin Gol river in 1939 were armed clashes between the Soviet Union and Japan on the borders of Manchuria and Mongolia. Soviet and Japanese aircraft met in the air there, among them Soviet Polikarpov fighters and Tupolev bombers against Japanese machines. The finishes of these aircraft are a popular subject with modelers.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat, which prevents silvering. Dip the part briefly in lukewarm water and slide it off the backing onto its place once it has softened. We recommend using a decal softener and finally sealing the surface with a matte or semi-gloss varnish.
This is a set of waterslide decals, not an airplane model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
