This resin set from Eduard brings faithfully cast AGM-114 Hellfire air-to-ground guided missiles in 1:72 scale. The package consists of two quad racks of four missiles each and also contains clear parts for the laser seeker head, which let the optics of the sensor be reproduced faithfully. It is not a model but an aftermarket accessory for the armament of helicopters and combat aircraft.
The AGM-114 Hellfire is an American air-to-ground guided missile, deployed above all from attack helicopters such as the AH-64 Apache and from unmanned aircraft. It serves mainly to destroy armored vehicles and point targets and is among the most widespread weapons of its kind.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and separate them from the casting blocks. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Glue the clear seeker head sparingly so that it does not fog; an adhesive intended for clear parts is ideal. Check the position of the missiles dry before gluing them to the racks on the model. Protect your airways while sanding.
The set is an accessory, not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
