This injection-molded plastic kit from the Polish manufacturer Mistercraft renders the American Bell AH-1G Cobra attack helicopter in 1:72 scale. The Bell AH-1 Cobra was the first purpose-built attack helicopter in the world, and the AH-1G version left a strong mark on the fighting of the Vietnam War. Its slim fuselage with tandem seating, its small frontal area and its chin turret made it a feared machine for fire support of ground troops. The Cobra later spread to further operators around the world.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and join them with liquid modeling cement for plastic. Glue the canopy glazing with canopy glue so that it does not fog. Apply a gloss varnish to the areas before the decals, so that they adhere well and no silvering appears at the edges. Apply the base shades with an airbrush and bring out the panel lines with a dark wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
