This set from Quickboost is not a model of the aircraft but a resin ejection seat with molded seat belts, with which you replace the simplified seat on a kit of the AV-8B Harrier attack aircraft in 1:72 scale. The casting brings fine detail on the frame and the belts that a small plastic part cannot manage.
The AV-8B Harrier II is an attack aircraft with vertical or short takeoff and landing which, thanks to its vectored engine thrust, can operate from short strips and from decks. It served above all with the United States Marine Corps and its allies for close air support.
Wash the casting in soapy water because of the mold release agent from the mold. Separate it from the casting block by cutting and bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate); cement for plastic does not hold on resin. The seat comes out well once the shadows are picked out and the belts set apart in color; sand with respiratory protection.
It is supplied as an unpainted set of resin parts. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
