Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched set of details in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker Eduard. It is not an airplane model but an accessory that sharpens up the interior of a plastic kit of the twin-engined B-26B/C Marauder bomber. The thin metal parts replace and supplement the small items that cannot be made faithfully in injection-molded plastic, typically the instrument panel, the side panels of the cockpit, the controls, the seats and the seat belts. The set is intended for modelers who want to lift a base kit to a higher level.
The Martin B-26 Marauder was an American twin-engined medium bomber of the Second World War period. It was notable for its high speed and for being demanding to fly; the B-26B and B-26C versions were among the most widely used and were deployed above all in Europe and the Mediterranean.
Separate the photo-etched parts carefully from the fret, bend them on the edge of a blade or in a bending tool and join them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The faces finished in color need only cleaning up; give the matte metal parts a primer before varnishing. Working with fine photo-etch calls for tweezers and patience and is better suited to the advanced.
This is an accessory, not an aircraft model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
