Bf 109G-6 undercarriage covers (1:72, Quickboost) is a resin accessory that replaces the plastic covers of the main landing gear legs for models of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6.

This is NOT an airplane model but a set of precisely cast resin parts of the Quickboost brand in 1:72 scale. It replaces the thick-walled plastic covers of the main landing gear legs with thin and faithfully shaped parts and raises the realism of a Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 model.
The landing gear covers (Fahrwerksklappen) covered the upper part of the main landing gear legs of the Bf 109. On the real machine they were thin sheet metal parts, which on a plastic model in a small scale are hard to thin down; the resin replacement solves that problem.
Wash the parts free of the mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and level the surfaces. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); do the sanding with respiratory protection. The inner sides of the covers are usually sprayed differently from the outer camouflage.
Supplied as an unpainted resin accessory. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
