A masking set from New Ware for the Airfix model of the Boeing Chinook HC.1 transport helicopter in 1:72 scale. It is not a model but a set of self-adhesive masks of kabuki paper (fine Japanese washi tape) which give clean, accurate paint edges when airbrushing. The Advanced version is an extended set — besides the glazing it covers further areas that would be slow to mask by hand.
For modelers who build the Chinook HC.1 in 1:72 from Airfix and want to save themselves the laborious masking of the glazing and achieve clean paint edges.
This is a masking accessory, not a model. Neither the model itself nor paints are included in the package.
