Eduard 1:72 Boston Mk.III masks are precisely shaped painting masks for clean spraying of the glazing and the wheels; they are not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of Eduard painting masks in 1:72 scale is a modeling accessory, not an aircraft kit. The masks are cut from yellow kabuki paper and, with their self-adhesive layer, follow the glazing frames and, where relevant, the wheel rims exactly. They make it possible to paint the intricate glazed nose and the cabin with sharp edges, without lengthy taping by hand.
Boston Mk.III was the British name for the American twin-engine Douglas A-20 Havoc light bomber and ground-attack aircraft. In Royal Air Force service and with other Allied users it was employed for low-level attacks during the Second World War.
Lift the pieces carefully off the sheet, lay them exactly on the frames of the cabin and the glazed nose and press them down. We recommend spraying the interior or base color first, then the covering shade. Take the masks off while the paint is only dry to the touch, so that the edge does not peel away. Any adhesive residue can be removed with gentle finger pressure.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
