The set holds color self-adhesive 3D decals for the cockpit interior of the Brewster fighter in the 239 version, the export Buffalo, in 1:72 scale. These are raised details printed on a flexible film (the instrument panel, the side panels, the controls) that are applied as a decal and replace painting the cockpit by hand. The set is intended for the matching plastic models of this aircraft.
The Brewster Buffalo was an American carrier fighter of the late 1930s. The export version designated Model 239 made its name above all in Finnish service, where despite an aging design it achieved remarkable combat results. The compact cockpit is an ideal place for decal detailing.
Lift the parts off the backing film and apply them to clean, degreased interior surfaces; the flexible film adapts to the shapes. Work with tweezers and gentle pressure. The cockpit gains realistic depth that way, without hand-painting the dials.
The decals are an accessory for a model. The model and the paints are not included in the package.
